Meet the Management Team

PETER REPP
Chief Executive Officer

After an early career in the city in International Reinsurance, Peter progressed into the world of computing and following various positions including that of Key Account System Sales in Xerox, he teamed up with Mark and Alyn at Xeretec to found XM Document Solutions Ltd in 1997.

In 1999 Adetiq was acquired (as Datapro Data Preparation Ltd) with Peter as CEO leading the company’s consolidation and growth to its current market leading position.

MICHAEL HILL
Chief Operating Officer

Michael Hill has been with Adetiq since 1999, taking responsibility for all operational aspects of delivering client projects, including IT security, systems infrastructure, processes and service delivery. 

Before joining Adetiq, Michael held a senior role at XM Document Solutions, and held a Director role at a financial services firm following a degree in Electronic Engineering and Computing.

VICKI MINSHALL
Senior Programme Manager

Vicki has been with Adetiq for over 18 years, and heads up our Process Outsoucing division. Vicki is the Senior Programme Manager for a number of key clients, responsible for the successful operational delivery of all programmes.  Vicki ensures that all SLAs and KPIs are met and acts as the main point of liaison for clients throughout the lifespan of programmes.

Vicki holds a BSc (Hons) in Ecology & Conservation, a CIPD Diploma in HR Practice as well as a Msc in HR Management.

EVELI MIKKER
Data Capture Manager

Eveli has headed various divisions at Adetiq for over 10 years, and currently holds the role of Data Capture Department Manager.  Prior to joining Adetiq, Eveli held a number of administration management roles at organisations in the UK and in Estonia, and holds a degree in International Business Administration.  Eveli is highly versed in the fields of data capture, automation and data security and works closely with our data capture clients to ensure high quality, accurate data collection.

 

PAOLO ZAFFIRO
Process Outsourcing Manager

Paolo joined Adetiq from American Express in 2010 as a Supervisor within our Process Outsourcing Team, quickly excelling to department manager in early 2014. 

Paolo leads a number of teams who work on bespoke, often complex process outsourcing solutions and works closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, ensuring excellence in operational delivery.

 

EMMA CARTER
Project Manager

Emma joined Adetiq in 2011, following the successful completion of a degree in Sociology with Psychology BSc (Hons). Emma holds the position of Project Manager at Adetiq and is responsible for delivering specific client projects to the high standard expected.  

Emma has a strong operational background, having risen through the ranks at Adetiq and has a passion for delivering best of breed customer service and measurable business outcomes.

MARK DUFFELEN
Non-Executive Director

Coming from a management background at Xerox UK Ltd, Mark teamed up with Alyn to create Xeretec and, following the sale and a short sabbatical from work, returned to Xerox UK Ltd where he now holds the position of VP & General Manager, MEA.

Mark has always been passionate about sport and in particular rugby, playing at Henley, London Wasps and Leicester Tigers and subsequently as coach at London Irish, working for a time with Sir Clive Woodward.

ALYN JENKINS
Non-Executive Director

Following a career in sales and marketing with major blue chip companies, with co-Director  Mark Duffelen, Alyn set-up Xeretec Office Systems, a Xerox concession that they grew successfully and then sold after eighteen years to an MBO. He was subsequently invited to re-joined the board and is now Group Finance Director of Xeretec Group, a £50,000,000 turnover company.

In his spare time Alyn relaxes by sailing his boat.
