About Lindt & Sprüngli

Lindt & Sprüngli is recognised as a leader in the market for premium quality chocolate, offering a large selection of products in more than 100 countries around the world. During more than 160 years of Lindt & Sprüngli’s existence, it has become known as one of the most innovative and creative companies making premium chocolate, with six production sites in Europe, two in the USA and distribution and sales companies on four continents. 

Challenge

Lindt & Sprüngli run a range of seasonal experiential sampling events, at which their customers complete competition sign up cards with the aim of winning a selection of Lindt & Sprüngli prizes. The information contained within the cards is then used by Lindt & Sprüngli to keep customers updated with the latest news and offers. In order to effectively utilise the customer information, the information contained within the hand completed cards needs to be captured and entered into the Lindt & Sprüngli CRM system. 

Solution

Adetiq provides Lindt & Sprüngli with a cost effective, accurate document processing and data capture solution for the processing of the completed competition cards. The completed cards are gathered at each event and dispatched from the Lindt & Sprüngli head office to Adetiq, where the cards are then sorted, checked and the data captured using our secure, data entry systems.

To ensure that accurate mailing addresses are captured, Adetiq uses the Royal Mail’s PAF system for populating the address details which further ensures that the data output is of the highest quality, maximising marketing ROI. The captured data is formatted, and exported into an encrypted .csv file for Lindt & Sprüngli to upload into their internal CRM system.

After the data has been captured, Adetiq completes the processing cycle by securely destroys the physical cards to ensure the privacy of customers is upheld. As a result the team at Lindt & Sprüngli are able to focus their internal efforts on maximising marketing efforts, with Adetiq supporting with the labour intensive administration of processing and capturing customer data in a secure environment.
