SENTIMENT ANALYSIS, DATA CLASSIFICATION AND CODING


Qualitative responses provided a greater understanding of an individual’s perception and provide high value and specific insight.  However, sorting through any comments to find the true value is a laborious task, with open text comment often not handled effectively due to their inconsistent nature. At Adetiq, our team have extensive experience of analysing the data contained within open text responses and in classifying responses according to any given criteria whether it be sentiment or simple mention classification. Using either a predefined or organic coding frame, our bespoke coding system enables us to offer fast, accurate classification services which are both time and cost efficient. Although we use a coding system to facilitate sentiment analysis, all of our coding is conducted manually – this is intentional to eliminate any issues with an automated system wrongly classifying statements due to spelling mistakes or British irony, which may lead to incorrect classification with automated systems, ensuring a higher degree of accuracy and interpretation.
