Adetiq achieves Recertification of ISO 27001:2013 for 2021 to 2024

We are proud to announce that following a full recertification audit we have been awarded the 
ISO 27001:2013 certification for our Information Security Management System (ISMS), awarded by SN Registrars, an accredited, independent certification institute. The ISO 27001:2013 is an internationally recognised standard which specifies the requirements for the establishment of an effective information management security system.
“Information security is the highest priority for Adetiq, we understand the responsibilities of handling and protecting customers’ sensitive and critical data.” stated Michael Hill, Managing Director at Adetiq, “Achieving recertification of our ISO 27001 standard following the full recertification audit is a great achievement for all the team at Adetiq and it demonstrates our ongoing commitment to information security and data protection.”
ISO 27001:2013 lays out the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system and defines how organisations should manage and handle information in a secure manner, including security controls. It sets a risk-based approach that focuses on adequate and proportionate security controls that protect information assets.

To achieve the certification, which is the highest benchmark for information security, a company must show it has a systematic and ongoing approach to managing company and customer information. Adetiq’s compliance was certified after demonstrating a systematic approach to managing and protecting company and customer data.

An independent recertification audit of the ISO 9001:2015 standard was awarded by an accredited certification institute SN Registrars, demonstrating Adetiq’s continued commitment to maintaining quality management processes that ensure the highest quality service is delivered.

ISO 9001:2015 which is considered best practice around the world, requires organisations to demonstrate solid processes and customer care. It certifies a Quality Management System (QMS) is in place to ensure consistency and improvement, and to meet customer, statutory, regulatory and internal requirements, including quality, cost, and delivery time. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are regularly assessed ensuring the highest level of quality is maintained throughout the business.
“Achieving the recertification for a further three years of the ISO 9001:2015 following the audit is a great achievement for Adetiq” said Tracy Vardy, Quality Manager at Adetiq, “Maintaining the certification demonstrates to our customers how important quality is to us, through our processes and procedures we can assure them that we will provide the best quality service possible and build from it and continue to improve.”

Adetiq were very pleased to sponsor and attend The Centre for Education and Youth’s 13th birthday celebrations. The Centre for Education and Youth
Comedian Sam Serrano hosted a top-notch panel, looking into a crystal ball to find out what the future holds for young people and the wider sector.
It was very informative to hear predictions from:
  • Gina Cicerone, CEO of the Fair Education Alliance
  • Luke Billingham, Youth Worker at Hackney Quest
  • Claire Heald, Head of Education at Academies Enterprise Trust and CfEY Fellow
  • Joe Hallgarten, CEO of CfEY

​It was interesting to hear insights of the challenges of research and the impacts of policy on the lives of young people. It was also wonderful to meet and hear from so many people who are working to champion the development and success of young people. The optimism and determination was inspiring.

The BS 10008 certification works in conjunction with our ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications to give our clients the assurance their documents are digitised using the most secure, safe and legally admissible processes and systems.

BS 10008 Evidential Weight and Legal Admissibility of Electronic Information is the British Standard that outlines best practice for the implementation and operation of electronic information management systems, including the storage and transfer of information. It is designed to help you verify and authenticate all your information to avoid the legal pitfalls of information storage ensuring best practice for transferring electronic information between systems and migrating paper records to digital files. It also gives guidelines for managing the availability and accessibility of any records that could be required as legal evidence.

Adetiq achieves UK Government G-Cloud 12 Certification

September 28, 2020This is the fourth year in succession that Adetiq has been listed as a G-Cloud supplier, this framework allows Adetiq to provide its document and data processing services to public sector customers in a more accessible way.

Adetiq is included as a supplier in the category of ‘Cloud software and support’ on the G-Cloud 12 procurement framework, part of the Government’s Digital Marketplace. The services supplied are Database and Systems Management, Data Capture, Application and Survey Processing, Data Transformation and Data Migration and Document Scanning and Digitisation. G-Cloud gives central government, local councils, NHS Trusts and other public-sector bodies access to approved suppliers of cloud-based services via an online platform, offering greater choice and more competitive pricing.
