We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist in the prestigious 2025 Global Sourcing Association (GSA) Awards.

The GSA is the industry’s leading professional body for the global sourcing sector, promoting best practice, innovation, and excellence across outsourcing, shared services, and global business services. Their annual awards shine a spotlight on the organisations and individuals delivering exceptional value in the sourcing industry, making it a huge honour to be included.

We are proud to be recognised in not just one, but three categories:

• Onshore Delivery Team of the Year
• Team Player of the Year – Tracy Vardy
• Service Provider of the Year (Small)

Being named a finalist in such a competitive field is a tremendous achievement and reflects the dedication, innovation and teamwork that sit at the heart of Adetiq. Our people are our greatest strength, so we are especially thrilled to see our colleague Tracy Vardy recognised for her outstanding contribution.

This recognition is a real testament to the hard work and passion shown across the company as we continue to deliver high-quality onshore BPO services to clients across the UK.
