What they said about us:
Sanitec contacted ADETIQ during October 2013 to help with the design, collation and interpretation of a 3000 plus, 16 site employee satisfaction survey in eight European languages.
This was to be a paper based exercise and our target was to have the survey completed and resulting corrective actions agreed by the end of June 2014. Basically, we knew what we wanted to ask but lacked resources to format, translate, collate and interpret the results. ADETIQ’s approach was proactive from the start plus their ability to deliver on time was impressive.
The team at Adetiq have a professional “can do” attitude which made the project easy for Sanitec to manage. ADETIQ were able to split the results by location and by the main operational functions. In addition to the raw data they also provided an evaluation summary for each set of results. One of the unexpected benefits from using a third party to deliver this service was that our employees felt that it preserved their anonymity and certainly helped facilitate the process when we were discussing the project with employee representatives.
The data collection phase of the project had a 5 June 2014 completion deadline to coincide with a senior European management workshop scheduled to evaluate the responses. The deadline was achieved, the workshop went ahead and there was positive feedback regarding the structure and accessibility of the data and evaluation summaries.
Richard Perks, SVP Programme Management for Sanitec commented “ADETIQ were very helpful throughout the project and I would expect to work with them again when we repeat the survey in a couple of years time”
