An independent annual audit of the ISO 9001:2015 standard was conducted by an accredited certification institute SN Registrars, and demonstrates Adetiq’s continued commitment to maintaining quality management processes that ensure the highest quality service is delivered.
ISO 9001:2015 which is considered best practice around the world, requires organisations to demonstrate solid processes and customer care. It certifies a Quality Management System (QMS) is in place to ensure consistency and improvement, and to meet customer, statutory, regulatory and internal requirements, including quality, cost, and delivery time. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are regularly assessed ensuring the highest level of quality is maintained throughout the business.
