We understand that the handling of your documents must be secure even after you have extracted your data. We also know that it is often impractical or unnecessary to hold onto hard or soft copies. If you don’t want or need them back, we handle the secure, tracked disposal of all hard copy documents. Collected in sealed, bar-coded bags, these are then shredded and tracked through to destruction. If you do want them back they can be returned using one of our own Adetiq drivers - avoiding the risk of loss in a courier network. We can even collect them in the first place for added precaution.
Digital copies and your data sets are stored on our secure servers for as long as you require. Once we reach the agreed retention date, all information, files and images are deleted from our system.
